Skip joined CCA in 1991 following a 20-year career in the marine safety and environmental protection fields with the US Coast Guard. Skip was responsible for developing specifications, procurement and maintenance of a $7.5 million capital equipment expansion program, which today represents the foundation of the CCA’s response capability. Skip is an active Member of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Hazardous Substances and Oil Spill Response Committee (F-20) and serves on several government-industry study groups on oil spill related issues.
